A sculpted form where light and shadow become part of the expression.
Bark is a candlestick with a sculpted, carved surface where light and shadow can play freely. The shape is built by hand and the surface is worked into soft depressions that are reminiscent of bark, stone and natural movements.

When the light meets, the shadows wander across the sculpted shapes, giving the object a living expression that changes with the space and the time of day.

Designed and sculpted by Eva Paradis on Öland.
