Currently, our webshop is open for purchases in the following markets: Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders over 1000 SEK. For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply.

• Sweden: 75 SEK
• Denmark: 95 DKK
• France: 13 EUR
• Germany: 13 EUR
• The Netherlands: 13 EUR

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions for all orders, which will be clearly indicated on our website. Please note that free delivery promotions will be activated on your order during the payment page.

All our prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax).

Delivery Times All orders within Sweden and Denmark are shipped via Postnord. Estimated delivery times are 3 - 5 days within Sweden and Denmark. Orders to Germany, France and the Netherlands are shipped using UPS with an estimated delivery time of 6 - 10 days.

If you wish to receive delivery notifications in Sweden via SMS from Postnord, it is important to enter your mobile number when placing your order. For complete and detailed information about your delivery, we recommend using the Postnord app.

For all international orders (outside the nordic countries) UPS and DHL will manage the delivery information by email and textmessage.

Orders are shipped on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following weekday.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Confirmation Upon making a purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, indicating that your order has been received. However, it is only when you receive a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and dispatched. If there are any issues with your order, we will first contact you via email. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.

Exchanges/Returns For exchanges, please contact shop@paradisverkstaden.se, and we will assist you. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Unclaimed Packages Paradisverkstaden will charge shipping costs for unclaimed packages at the pickup location.

Gift Cards You have the option to purchase digital gift cards at paradisverkstaden.se (valid only in our webbshop). The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift cards purchased in the store on Öland are only valid in the Öland store.
