Birds have always been an important source of inspiration for the Paradis family. On Öland, sea, moorland and wetlands meet. Here, bird life is rich and ever-present. In the workshop, this has been transformed into ceramic objects, shapes and decorations that reflect the rhythm and movement of nature.
Here we collect products, activities and inspiration that all have their basis in the world of birds in different ways.

Öland is one of Europe's most important birdlife areas. During the spring and autumn, thousands of migratory birds pass over the island and the landscape attracts birdwatchers from all over the world.
A visit to Paradisverkstaden can therefore also be part of a larger nature experience since Färjestaden's dam is our neighbor.
Ceramic eggs from Paradisverkstaden
Round, tactile and handmade in stoneware. Our ceramic eggs come in several sizes and are often decorated with soft feather patterns inspired by Öland's birdlife. Place them in your home, in a nest of birch bark or out in the garden.
Birdhouse for the garden
When spring comes, the garden comes alive. Our handmade ceramic birdhouses give small birds a place to seek shelter and rest while also becoming a decorative feature among trees and greenery.
