METHODS OF PAYMENT - Card payment - You can pay with VISA and Mastercard. Choose which card you want to pay with at checkout. Free shipping for purchases over SEK 1,000 within Sweden.
- Against invoice - Against invoice means that you will receive an invoice from Klarna. You pay the invoice no later than 14 days after you have received your goods.
SWEDISH VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) All prices on the webshop are in SEK including VAT 25%. Orders with delivery to countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt and deducted from the order when payment is made.
SHIPPING METHOD- PARADISVERKSTADEN cooperates with Postnord. They deliver your goods by parcel. You will be notified by email when your package is on its way to you. If you have provided your mobile number, you will also receive a notification via SMS. You collect the package at the nearest delivery point. ATTENTION! Pick up your goods on time. You will be charged SEK 200 for packages not collected. Postnord sends back packages that have not been collected after 14 days.
DELIVERY TIME Your goods are sent within 3-7 days from when we receive your order.
OUT OF STOCK Our webshop is frequently updated, but sometimes it unfortunately happens that there is incorrect information about the product. The consequence may be that we do not have the item you ordered in stock. On these occasions we will contact you.
OPEN PURCHASE / COMPLAINT You have 14 days of open purchase from the time you receive your item. Open purchase does not apply to sale items. You can only return unused goods. You as the customer are responsible for return postage. Normally it takes about 14 days from the time we receive your return before you receive a refund.
If you wish to exchange the item, please return the item and then order again from the webshop.
